I had to change my old PC (OS W7) which had Nitro Pro 9 installed on it. MY new PC has OS W10 and does not support Nitro Pro 9 therefore, I had to download Nitro Pro 13. Unfortunately, this version does not recognise my previous Nitro Pro 9 serial number and cannot be activated.
I am aware that there is a discount for users that have had an older version of Nitro Pro when upgrading to a newer version, but how can I do it if nitro website cannot verify my Nitro Pro 9 serial number.
